The special boys' itinerant study vacation program is a 2-week General English course designed especially for boys between the ages of 14 and 17 years. The course will give the opportunity to learn and practice English during a real trip ensuring the discovery of new places. It is a total immersion in culture and language, where all students are incentivized to speak English 24/7! Our traveling courses are designed to help students overcome the difficulties of using English in everyday life and focus on the development of the four skills: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Travel, in addition to personal enrichment, is a perfect medium for teaching. The traveling Summer camp model allows the material gathered in daily life to be brought into the classroom each morning. Guided tours are by local certified tour guides. Everyone will be given a project to work on during the course, which is then to be presented in class on the last day of class. Each student is provided with a personal tablet PC containing more than 30 English-language films for use while traveling. In Dublin, students will be hosted by Irish families where they will have the opportunity to savor the warm welcome typical of this land. All our families are carefully selected and continuously monitored to ensure an excellent stay. All families are served conveniently by public transportation and the travel time varies between 20 and 40 minutes from school. In other cities we use convenient accommodations at hotels or hostel (in Ennis). These facilities offer a pleasant environment, with common area common area for socializing and rooms for 3 to 6 people (not mixed). The traveling summer camp has added to the courses a new concept of a 'tutor' called a 'Talk Jockey' who will stay with the children throughout the trip to allow them to constantly practice their English with a native speaker. A 'TJ' is an Irish student with similar age and interests as the students. All of our TJs are native speakers who are thoroughly familiar with the culture Irish. Duration: two weeks Ages: 14 to 17 years old Levels: A2 to B2 Number of lesson hours: 30 hours Full board: 7 nights homestay in Dublin + 7 nights in top hostel Club or hotel Talk Jockey (TJ - native speaker tutor) Minimum of 1 for every 15 students Cities and places we will visit: Glendalough, Waterford, Waterford Crystal Factory, Rock of Cashel, Cork, Limerick Castle, Galway, Ennis, Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, Dublin, National Gallery, Casino Marino, Dublin Castle, Guinness Storehouse® and much more...!
