LOCATION

Malta is an archipelago-state located in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, between Sicily and the coast of North Africa.

Rich in history and nature, with crystal-clear waters and seabed rich in fish, caves, deep coves and a mild climate all year round, it offers the possibility of combining entertainment and culture in a single trip. The capital "Valletta" is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former capital Mdina, with its beautiful medieval architecture, was founded by the Phoenicians 3000 years ago.

The islands of Comino and Gozo are home to extraordinary historical sites, fortresses and incredible views, including one of the best-preserved prehistoric temples in the archipelago - Ġgantija - all framed by clear turquoise waters.

ACCOMODATION

Located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the beautiful Hotel SALINI RESORT is a luxurious 4-star resort, also designed for our students with on-site sea-view classrooms and dedicated spaces.

Students are accommodated in triple/quadruple rooms with private facilities and equipped with TV, radio and fridge.

Full board is included, with lunches and dinners cooked and served at the hotel buffet from Monday to Friday, and packed lunches at weekends. Students have exclusive use of the swimming pool and a 600 m² area with tennis, football and volleyball courts, student lounge, restaurant and relaxation area. Students can also choose to stay with one of our carefully selected HOST FAMILIES.

LEISURE ACTIVITIES

Students follow a recreational programme from Monday to Saturday. Very rich and suitable for all age groups. All transport and supervision are included.

By participating in organised activities, students have fun while learning, thus having an additional opportunity to practise their English and make friends with other students in a protected environment.

Every day afternoon initiatives (after school)

• Welcome Party
• Beach parties with barbecue
• Go-karting
• Boat trips with music on board
• International evenings with open-air disco (for students up to 17 years old)
• Shopping in St. Julians and Valletta
• Half-day trip to the following destinations: Valletta, Mdina, Blue Grotto, Splash & Fun Water Park and a cruise around the harbour
• Full day on theisland of Comino to the Blue Lagoon and the island of Gozo
• For the more sporty, Malta offers the opportunity to practice all water sports: wind-surfing, diving, snorkelling, water skiing, sailing...
• There is also the possibility of horse riding on the beach, quad bike safaris and jeeprides.

Daily assistance from both local staff and group leaders, who are always present at all activities.

POSSIBILITY OF FAMILY PACKAGE

Are you a parent and want to accompany your child on his/her language study trip?

The Family programme offers:

• 20 English lessons per week
• accommodation at Salini Resort (4 stars) for parents and children

or

• 30 lessons or INTENSIVE ENGLISH (the latter only for teens aged 14-17 and parents)

Family package for Junior Camp (10 - 13 years)

The programme is all inclusive and includes:

• 20 English lessons
• Full-board accommodation at Salini Resort (4 stars)
• Activities full programme
• Airport transfers and assistance 24 hours a day 7 days a week
• Children's pool and adult pool

Family package for Teens Club (13 - 18 years)

• 20 English group lessons per week
• Activities Full programme
• Accommodation with a host family

or

• 30 lessons or INTENSIVE ENGLISH (the latter only for teens aged 14-17 and parents)

FLIGHTS ITALY-MALTA

Flights can be purchased through our administration and fares are confirmed at the time of the actual booking and include airport transfers.

Not included in the package:

• Flight to be quoted based on booking dates
• Medical, baggage and cancellation insurance (equal to 7% of the package)
• Registration fee € 100

Cost of flight, insurance and registration fee to be paid at the time of joining.
